About Sarah


Sarah’s journey is rooted in a deep love for movement, psychology, and exploration, with a heartfelt commitment to personal growth and community. From her early days in sports to studying psychology and neuroscience at Virginia Tech, she’s always been fascinated by the mind-body connection.

A life-changing study abroad with Semester at Sea sparked her passion for global health and cultural immersion. After college, she launched a career in consulting, leading cross-functional teams and later stepping into Product Owner and Agile Coach roles, guiding organizations through transformation with a human-centered, systems-thinking approach.

Yoga became a steady anchor through life’s transitions. What began as a curiosity evolved into a calling. Sarah holds an RYT-500 certification and has trained in Ashtanga, Dharma, Rocket, Myofascial Release, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. She’s also a Reiki Master with a passion for energetics, healing, and embodiment practices.

Sarah is devoted to creating meaningful and internal experiences, those that awaken clarity, connection, and transformation from the inside out. Whether she’s facilitating a workshop, coaching a team, or leading a yoga retreat, she invites people into deeper awareness, presence, and purpose.

She’s traveled to 38 countries, leads international retreats through Mind Travel Yoga, and proudly serves as a Board Member for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s National Capital Area Chapter.
